Welcome to Createlabs. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and purchases from our store. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

    1. General Information

  1. Createlabs is a 3D printing store based in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada. We provide local delivery and pickup options for customers within Woodstock.

    2. Orders and Payments

    • All payments are required at the time of ordering (at least 50% for custom orders).

    • Online store purchases must be paid using credit or debit card.

    • For custom orders, we also accept e-transfer, cheque, or PayPal.

    • Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

    2. 3. Delivery and Pickup

    • Customers may choose local delivery or pickup.

    • Local delivery is available within Woodstock, Ontario only.

    • A flat delivery fee of $10 CAD applies to each delivery order.

    • Pickup orders must be collected at the agreed-upon location and time.

    • Customers must ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate. Createlabs is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect delivery information.

    3. 4. Cancellations

    • Orders may be canceled within 10 minutes of being placed for a full refund.

    • Cancellations requested within 2 hours of ordering are eligible for a 60% refund.

    • After 1 hour, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund, as production may have already begun.

    4. 5. Returns and Refunds

    • Returns and refunds are only accepted if there is a defect in the print or if the item arrives damaged.

    • Customers must notify us within 1 days of delivery or pickup to request a refund or replacement.

    • Proof of defect (such as photos) may be required.

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is approved.

    5. 6. Custom Orders

    • Custom 3D printing orders are currently only accepted through our Contact page.

    • Payment for custom orders must be made before production begins.

    • Due to the unique nature of custom items, they are non-refundable/replaceable, except in cases of defects.

    6. 7. Pricing and Taxes

    • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

    • Createlabs does not currently charge taxes on purchases.

    7. 8. Product Use and Liability

    • All items sold by Createlabs are intended for personal use only, unless otherwise specified.

    • Createlabs is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from misuse or improper handling of products.

    • Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended purpose.

    8. 9. Changes to Terms

    Createlabs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
